Hyland’s Leg Cramps has two different dosage forms: tablets and caplets. Tablets will dissolve almost instantly in the mouth while caplets are meant to be swallowed with water. Follow the directions on the label.
Can I take Hyland’s Leg Cramps in advance to prevent the cramping?
